How We WorkWe at ManEx view executive search as a critical activity which requires a systematic, well-planned approach. This begins with extensive discussions with the client company and a thorough understanding of their requirements. This is then followed by an assessment of the company’s management style and an appreciation of its corporate culture. The objective is to find the closest fit between the company and the successful candidate, as we attempt to match your specifications with prospective candidates’ qualifications.Specifically, ManEx will conduct the following activities:• Understand your company’s corporate climate and management style to match the temperament of prospective candidates with that of your company.• Search for and identify prospective candidates through our talent bank and from external sources, and conduct initial telephone interviews to gauge interest and suitability.• Conduct in-depth interviews with qualified candidates. These interviews will be based on technical/behavioral simulation approaches of identified job/man dimensions and position competency requirements.• Prepare and submit written resumes of qualified candidates, stating major accomplishments and job responsibilities in present and previous appointments.• Arrange your interview schedules with short-listed candidates of your choice.• Administer and evaluate psychological tests on short-listed candidates of your choice, to firm up your decision to hire. However, please note that this testing is optional and billable separately.• Conduct confidential professional and personal reference checks on short-listed candidates of your choice.• Conduct a post-placement evaluation of the successful candidate, which will involve separate interviews with the hired candidate and the employer. This is to determine the level of satisfaction of both parties with each other, in order to avoid potential problems.
