Through this position, I enhanced my creativity to bring new games to the events, clever concepts to make each event better and ways for each community member to enjoy the event.

Through strong customer service abilities I hosted each client and represented Brigham Young University - Idaho with professionalism. I ensured that each contract was fulfilled and that the clients were satisfied. I would execute meals, travel, merchandise, meet and greats and set-up the green room. After each event a survey was sent to those who attended and I analyzed and evaluated the results. This research provided information on our customer service, satisfaction of the show and which marketing technique was most successful that week. I utilized this research and additional research to find better marketing techniques to reach our target audience of community members and college students. As Director I was responsible for the hiring of each team member. Biweekly I would evaluate each team member to ensure they were being effective throughout the past two weeks, see what areas they needed improvement in and what I could do as the director to train and supervise them effectively. As the Director I saw necessary to train, supervise and evaluate all team members. I planned and conducted weekly meetings with the team to discuss evaluate past show, collaborate on upcoming innovative and creative marketing and trained team on ways to improve customer service.
