Kyle and I served on an engineering team to re-engineer processes of real company case studies. Kyle had tremendous ideas and was always supportive of our team members, even when his own workload was overwhelming. In one case we were implementing a new process to ensure the manufacturing plant was efficient and quality-focused, and Kyle came up with a process map that made the workstation layout easily accessible to the workers, and he also implemented SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies) which dramatically reduced the time it took to complete equipment changeovers. He’s a top-notch Industrial Engineering major who would make a tremendous addition to any engineering team.
