Melissa and I were collogues at Atticus during the first couple of years. I learned so much from Melissa during that time, but the most important thing I learned from observing her is her ability to learn new/foreign concepts and apply them in her work. I remember sitting across from Melissa and seeing her dedication to learning and growing and it made me want to work harder. Didn't matter how hard things got for her, Melissa always had a smile and provided so much positive energy to those around her.

Melissa Francois is a talented, dedicated, and passionate professional whom I had the pleasure of working with for two years during my time at Atticus. Melissa was on my team and was the Manager, Talent when I joined the company and was a key partner as she led the Recruitment function. Melissa was an incredible partner from the beginning and welcomed me from the start, I knew immediately how lucky I was to have her on my team. She led the recruitment team and was responsible for high volume recruitment across several brands, all very different, and did a really nice job managing this while continuing to grow the business, improve process and build her team. Additionally, she played a broader role as a go-to for people within the corporate office for all things, even outside of HR.
