Leap Fund is a financial solution that lifts people over the benefits cliff, creating a path towards self-sufficiency and financial independence. The benefits cliff is a major glitch in the system where low-income families who earn more money or change their household size or status end up worse off due to the fact that public benefits programs phase out faster than income rises. Most families only realize they've hit this cliff after it's already happened and caused devastating effects. Find out more at www.myleapfund.com. Show less

As a professional with over 20 years of experience in research, assessment, writing and presenting, as well as an educational background in architecture and urban studies, I assist organizations with program design and management, research and writing, report development and production, training, and leadership development. Throughout all my work, I have brought together a diverse range of people including academics, activists, funders and foundations, community members, and nonprofit professionals to explore such issues as how to build the next generation of leadership, engage clients and constituents in social change, and build a systems approach into social service work.
