In my capacity as a Foreign Language Teacher at Language Stars, I had the opportunity of knowing and working with Ms. Deborah Bain for 4 years in our Chicago Lincoln Park center first, as a parent of one of my students and later as my supervisor. As a parent of one of my students, I found it quite easy to communicate with Ms. Deborah while I related my comments to her about her daughter’s progress. Later, I was also fortunate to work with Ms. Deborah as my supervisor in her position first, as the National Faculty Director and then as the Chicago Faculty Manager at Language Stars. Among Deborah’s many duties and responsibilities, she was also in charge of staffing and scheduling programs for teachers in different center locations. During that time, teacher compensation issues were hot button issues which, in my case, Ms. Deborah handled with sensitivity and great concern for my needs and realities as a part-time teacher. She was a great communicator who went out of her way to negotiate both scheduling and compensation packages in order to benefit Language Stars as well as myself. It was truly a very rewarding experience working with Ms. Deborah Bain as my Faculty Supervisor at Language Stars. I trust that she will be a great asset to any company looking for an administrator who believes in the respect, the fair treatment and the development of the workforce!

Deborah has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is highly organized and does an amazing job handling multiple projects at the same time and helping keep everyone on track under tight deadlines and short turnarounds. However, Deborah's true talent lies in her care for her team and those around her. She always assumes the best in people and works extremely hard to make sure everyone around her has the support they need, even outside her regular job duties. During times of high pressure and large change, Deborah has been instrumental in helping Language Stars move forward in helping people work through those changes. I would highly recommend her for any higher level role requiring extensive multiple project management in a people-driven environment.
