We employed Ms. Kristin Drysdale as an intern from early January, 2016 through the present, and couldn’t be happier with our experience in working with her. Kristin began by quickly familiarizing herself with the RiteTag project management protocol and overcoming location-based communication barriers. She was generous with her availability, which facilitated communication with other PR/Marketing interns and myself, which made it possible for her to complete her first assignments within days. She enthusiastically took on PR, case study development and social media related tasks which radically improved our social presence from her very first month. Kristin offers great insights into the motivations behind consumer behavior. She provided numerous suggestions for improving our marketing voice, brand image and customer relations. No one has ever gone through our internship program and emerged as adept at staff training as Kristin Drysdale. Kristin is an enthusiastic, supportive, analytic and critical marketing creative with leadership skills to boot. She conceives and executes well, motivates the team, and the results may be seen best by her People of RiteTag series of interviews in https://medium.com/hashtag-academy and in the case study she initiated, crafted and published on our blog: https://ritekit.com/hashtag-academy/social-media-optimization-for-event-promotion Kristin is a joy to work with, a fastidious researcher, and a patient team player who takes pains to learn everything possible about a project's true value proposition before promoting new features. I recommend her strongly to lead marketing at companies large and small, and of course, at tech startups.

Kristin is a gifted social connector with an extraordinarily sunny personality. She is a great writer, an effective social media engager and an influential online activist. She has been a huge source of inspiration to me personally, and many other digital marketers (from around the world) that have been fortunate to know her on Google+
