I worked with Jeffrey for eight months while on project with Amgen. Jeff was always a positive and motivating force in our interactions and in his responsibilities. His depth of knowledge was always impressive and I could always approach him with questions. Jeff's management and leadership style was also very impressive. While giving guidance and direction to others, he always did it in such a way to make them feel involved in the decision making process. Jeff truly exhibits a positive leadership style of empowering others to succeed. I would gladly work with Jeff in the future and highly recommend him as a true professional with an inspirational and empowering leadership style.

I worked with Jeffrey Mills daily at ShoreTel for well over a year. He had been functioning as a one-man Learning & Development department for over two years by that time. He performed virtually all L&D functions by himself, from being an LMS Administrator to planning and facilitating several types of tailored Organizational Development activities for specific groups, on to the top levels of ShoreTel leadership. Jeffrey always surprised me with his excellent knowledge of so many L&D tools and processes and kept current on leading industry trends and practices to most effectively drive a true and active learning culture at ShoreTel. He was also an excellent instructor, excelling in both live and virtual training in well over a dozen personal and professional subjects. He also produced an extensive library of materials, utilizing several industry tools and resources expertly. On a personal level, I connected quickly with Jeffrey and we had a truly outstanding working relationship, sometimes spending the entire day together collaborating on different projects. In particular, his understanding of the dynamics of management and leadership is unmatched; we thought along the same lines, and we consistently came to the same diagnosis of issues within our leadership or working groups. He also patiently mentored me on the many proprietary systems and practices, and company history, enough so for me to step into his one-man department role when he left ShoreTel and the Bay Area for his current role at Amgen. Jeffrey was a great teammate, and very well liked among our larger HR group, being seen as a team leader and a
