      In fact, my main role was "evangelist." Our company needed a person, who will bring together a founder’s «Big idea», including ideology, mission and values of the company, staff motivation, and will give it all in the most appropriate form to the company's employees and the Market. I have gathered it to brand-book, that contains: - Marketing concept (idea, mission, staffing politics, external communications) - from the fundamental principles to the detailed speech modules. - The system of internal hierarchy (professional grading of the employees, the principle of internal «elevators», promotion and censure, and of course - the bonus system) - from design to implementation and effectiveness evaluation. - The packaging of the product (market analysis, benchmark definition of niches, pricing, positioning, customer search) - from customers analytics - to selling negotiations. Creating a brand-book and its content – was a strategic target.
