Katherine is a digital marketing specialist on the fast track to becoming a Chief Marketing Officer. I initially hired Katherine in a very focused lead generation role. Starting almost from scratch, she built a team and delivered on the company's lead generation targets. However, it quickly became apparent that she had a broader marketing skill-set, and she quickly become the company's lead marketing executive, overseeing all aspects of lead generation, marketing and public relations. I was particularly impressed with Katherine's ability to partner with the sales team, avoiding much of the typical friction between sales and marketing. She created an environment where the sales leadership and sales professionals all appreciated her contributions and relied on her to deliver their numbers. I already miss working with Katherine and can recommend her without hesitation.

While CFO at Reading Plus, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Katherine and appreciated the expertise and discipline she brought to the marketing function. We jumped light-years forward when Katherine joined our organization. The tools, processes, metrics, and marketing capability she brought made an immediate impact on the company and helped accelerate our growth plans. She worked closely with sales, customer success, and finance executives to align teams and goals through detailed, benchmarked revenue models and measurable operations to actively track performance against goals. I appreciated how her well-organized plans tightly aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and were backed with a business case and credible data analysis to guide allocation decisions. Katherine made it easy for me as a CFO to say ‘yes’. Contributing to her success was a strong team, much of what she had to build and develop since the company had only a few individuals when she joined.
