After going out on the search for a new team member I initially meet Phil, his CV read well, we had a chat on the phone and he was immediately passionate and wanted to get back into a works that he was passionate about. When I meet Phil he presented himself well and after a short period really we could work together. Phil joined shortly after his initial project was to launch the brand and that is all I wanted him to focus on, after a short period nailed that then I let him loose on our events, I only kept him focused on the brand as we were up against a tight deadline. Phil turned his hand to everything I threw at him, was a delight and I would like to say he picked everything up super quick and his thirst for more came across in every conversation internally and externally he wanted to do well for the business. I believe Phil is passionate, super keen, very bright and I have no doubt about recommending him as he would be an assets in any business.

Having worked with Phil for the last year he is an exceptionally professional Brand Ambassador who is an excellent team player, equally as happy to work on his own being highly self-motivated. I have had the opportunity to see him deliver excellent results always over-achieving on his targets KPI’s and objectives. With a detailed and a thorough approach to every aspect of his role. Phil has created his own niche within the team with his can-do attitude, great sense of humour and strong work ethic. His training and coaching of staff and consumers is informative, imaginative and comprehensive. His confident and happy demeaner rubs off on all that he meets, he is a delight to be around. Phil has requested and taken on multiple extra self-development activities which he has communicated and delivered with a higher than expected level of detail and accuracy. Gaining respect from all he works with be it the client, team, staff or consumer. Phil is a shining star on the rise!
