Mike worked recently in our behalf on our office relocation. He took care to familiarize himself thoroughly with the way we operate our Architectural Firm, and selected a palette of likely locations to visit and evaluate. He was thoroughly familiar with the different buildings and their management teams, and, after we made a selection, was hands-on supporting us through some difficult lease negotiations. Because of Mike's support we were able to relocate within our budget, but well above the quality of space we previously occupied. We would not hesitate to contact Mike Berens again should a need for Commercial space were to arise again!
