I had the pleasure of coaching Owen on the Global Business Challenge, a 3 month project which involved students from 6 different universities across 4 countries working in teams to solve a real life challenge for an organisation. Owen demonstrated an organised, proactive and dedicated approach to the challenge from the offset and showed excellent leadership skills with an inclusive and empowering leadership style that helped to motivate his fellow teammates, resulting in a high quality piece of work delivered to the end client.
