I read Dr Croners book, "Never Hire a Bad Salesperson Again" last year. It is the BEST book on hiring Sales people i have ever read. I have used the "Drive Test" he created 3 times and i know it has saved me a lot of heartache. If you are in the business of employeeing sales people, you need to read his book and use his assesment!

I discovered Dr Croner after we had made a few bad hires. In the past 2 years we have adopted the Sales Drive test for every single sales rep we have hired at Statera. In addition we have created our internal Statera hiring process and included our cultural and behavioral profiles. The results have exceeded our expectations.
