She is very composed under pressure and is always able to manage unforeseen events. Bel was always supportive and encouraging, and could see the potential in every member of her team. Bel and I enjoyed a number of years working closely together across a suite of marketing collateral for Jeanswest. It was one of the best gigs of my career so far!
