Wanted to take a brief moment to note some well deserved recognition, to a talented professional who simply put, is GREAT AT HER JOB! There is no other way to call it, Brandy is exceptionally proficient in her role as an implementation professional, and should you need her service in the future, I absolutely stand by my word. The project in which Ms. Hoffert and I met, was a 'decent sized hill' to climb, and Brandy was the lead specialist on the group. I will say this, she had a very fair share of questions, challenges and "what-ifs?" thrown her way from our group. I have seen 'many-a-service professionals' "break" under the pressure, but not Brandy. She was confident, she gave full and clear explanations on her product until everyone was comfortable, and surpassed even my expectations. *Which can be hard to do sometimes! ;) In this fast paced world where everyone is constantly movin' and shakin', people do not stop to give recognition enough. Truthfully, I too, may be guilty of this. However, this quick note had to happen. And should you need her services again down the road, go ahead and reach out to her, as you will not be disappointed.
