Celeste only worked for a brief period for the FSM team because she was helping us to create a design for a complex customer request in an impossible timeframe. But in the limited amount of time we collaborated I was really impressed by her work, her attitude, her creativity and her drive. Celeste, it was a great pleasure collaborating with you. I only wished we could have been collaborating in more occasions. Your effort definitely contributed a lot in convincing the applicable customer to start working with CLEVR. Thanks for your openness and your creativity! I learned a great deal from you. Good luck with any future ventures! All the best and lets stay in touch! Best regards

Celeste is one of the most structured and organised designers i have ever worked with, She is so process oriented and knows how to get things done easily and smoothly, She is extremely good in communication she knows how to express her ideas with high level of responsibility, She is so knowledgable and experienced in getting a 360 bird view to any problem, When it comes to brainstorming and collaborating i really enjoy working with her, Finally she got this thin line of understanding between design and developed Plus she know how to write good copies (UX writing Skills) I definitely recommend Celeste for high profile Product Design jobs she will be a key player within your team.

CLEVR is the low-code and no-code Software-with-a-Service solutions provider and the largest global Mendix expert partner. The company supports business in their digital transformation by providing fast and high quality developent of Mendix applications. My team, CLEVR Development Suite, developed a complete toolset for code quality for these apps, ensuring security, performance, mantainability and other best practices through the development process. As Lead Product Designer my role was to plan and perform Product Discovery and User Research activities, design interaction screens and collaborate with developers to build a Design System for Frontend. Additionally to my role in the Development Suite team, I collaborated with other teams in both Services and Solutions, bringing more visibility of the value of design accross the organization. Lightspeed is an omnichannel commerce platform for retail, hospitality and golf merchants around the world. As part of the eCommerce team, my main project was redesigning the default theme for new online stores. The new theme, Ignite, was designed to consider a wide range of markets and types of merchants, thus from the beginning we considered responsiveness, accesibility and flexibility as the principles for the product. As part of a wider design team I also contributed to fostering a collaborative design culture with space to explore how design, and new tecnologies, could push innovation witin the product teams. Healthy Workers aims to create happy, effective employees and workplaces. We combine environmental data with science-based people analytics to uncover actionable insights for managers. As a Product Designer, I participated in the entire product design, from strategy to research, wireframing, prototyping and testing. My main driver was to be the user champion, and bring the user’s voice to product discussions. Healthy Workers aims to create happy, effective employees and workplaces. As a Founder and CEO I had a wide range of responsibilities. We were funded by MexicanVC (acquired by 500 Startups) and Startup Chile. We developed two business ideas and became the first VOD platform in Mexico, with only three founders. From finding distributors and marketing partners to taking care of relationships with investors, mentors and customers, while developing the product, measuring every iteration to learn as fast as it was possible. It is a highly selective program, which takes in only a few startups from over thousands of applications, that provides capital, support, and business education to disruptive tech entrepreneurs such as the team behind NuFlick, my startup. Emprende.la was a pioneer Podcast in Mexico. One of the first to cover tech entrepreneurship and interview founders of startups all around the country. As a producer, I did the necessary research for our content, made alliances with other organizations around startups and post-produced the audio itself. Additional to the Podcast itself, as a partner of the brand, I co-created StartupDojo, a formative program for entrepreneurs that had the support of Microsoft and other tech organisations in Mexico; I was an advisor and co-organizer of entrepreneurial events such as Campus Party México and SG Emprende.
