I held a number of positions in Customer Support Services division including technical support, system administration, project management and management. I have highlighted a few of my many accomplishments in these roles. • Revamped employee schedule to increase coverage and provide time for transition between shifts. This resulted in increased productivity and customer satisfaction, while reducing turnover and cost for headcount and training. • Telecom provider transition: Evaluated and selected new service provider to improve reliability and increase bandwidth. This change reduced costs by a third and increased reliability while reducing failover time from hours to milliseconds. • Phone system: Evaluated and selected new IP phone system for ease of management, expandability, reporting capabilities and reduction in operating cost. This allowed for easier design of call flows and reports to accommodate partner and management requirements. • Support Center Relocation: Selected a new location for the Support Center based on business requirement and business continuity planning needs. Worked with vendors and contractors to design, plan and furnish the support center. This new location was fully redundant with a 3 fold increase in square footage. • Data Center Relocation: Designed new data center, including infrastructure network and system layout. Planned and coordinated the move of systems and services to minimize the impact to operations. Show less
