Haisheng is creative, capable and a good engineer

Shane Raboin

Haisheng was the lab instructor for my Microelectronics class I am currently in. He directed and organized our intensive, weekly, four hour labs for the course where we are creating PN and dye sensitized solar cells. Haisheng was instrumental in helping us understand the fabrication and characterization process. He not only explained the procedure for these processes but also the theory to understand why we went about each step. If we were ever confused on a step or had additional questions, he was quick to answer. Haisheng is willing to go above and beyond the requirements for his position which were already demanding as he had three other four hour labs sessions he had to manage. Haisheng was one of the best instructors I have ever had, and made a very intimidating, intellectually challenging course manageable for students with no prior experience in microelectronic fabrication.
