The NEOGNOS project developed a distributed multi-agent system for supporting the functions of the Center for the Prevention of Mental Retardation in Cyprus; these principally include the coordination and application of a number of screening programs for the whole of Cyprus. NEOGNOS (RPF 39/2002) was funded by the Research Promotion Foundation of Cyprus.
