Projects: - I managed a project with a group of specialists to migrate GoCompare.com's Disaster Recovery platform from an on-premise solution to Microsoft Azure, working with internal stakeholders and our cloud hosting partner, Rackspace. - I worked with our Customer service team and an external party to implement Salesforce Service Cloud, which has improved the customer service experience. - I worked with stakeholders across the company to enhance our £200 free excess cover incentive, which has improved customer conversion and customer experience. - I managed our Data Science platform's implementation, working with data engineers and data scientists to implement new cloud technology. - I've delivered several projects to ensure regulatory requirements have been met.
