James and I worked together for a number of years when Brandfolder was undergoing a hyper growth phase. When he initially joined the team he quickly became a big part in fine tuning our process to achieve efficient and effective outcomes for our customers during onboarding. As our reach expanded into the enterprise, James took ownership of that customer set, and ultimately managed a group of PMs handling our largest and most complex deployments. I've found James to be very hard working, and consistent in both how he shows up and the output he produces on a daily basis. Time and time again James showed dedication to delivering high quality output for both clients and internal stakeholders.
