James and I worked together for a number of years when Brandfolder was undergoing a hyper growth phase. When he initially joined the team he quickly became a big part in fine tuning our process to achieve efficient and effective outcomes for our customers during onboarding. As our reach expanded into the enterprise, James took ownership of that customer set, and ultimately managed a group of PMs handling our largest and most complex deployments. I've found James to be very hard working, and consistent in both how he shows up and the output he produces on a daily basis. I've seen him (time and time again) apply critical thought to solve complex problems, leverage internal/external resources to handle unexpected challenges, and effectively manage customer expectations through out the life of any given project. James was a big part of our success post-sale here at Brandfolder, and I can conformably say he'll be an asset where ever he goes.

I worked with James for nearly four years and in that time was always impressed by his dependability, strategic thinking, and leadership skills. Time and time again James showed dedication to delivering high quality output for both clients and internal stakeholders. He was essential in our team’s success by stepping up to take on an account set as he himself was getting ramped on our onboarding processes. He guided his clients through training and launch preparation by being organized and prepared, no matter how many meetings he had scheduled for the day. Through our continued success, our team size grew to the point of needing additional layers of leadership. I asked James to step into a management role, to help shape the next generation of Onboarding Reps as he set a gold standard for client care, efficiency, and delivery of successful outcomes. He was able to create a scalable approach that kept client needs at the core, while making it easy to internally measure on key milestones and KPIs. Through mentoring, coaching, and career development James led an award winning Enterprise team and helped set us up for future success. I can’t say enough good things about my time working with James. He would be a great addition to any team, whether it’s to streamline existing processes or prepare for future growth.
