Traveled around the world troubleshooting and installing both current and future installations of Foresight Sports' golf driving range gaming technology. During the pandemic, and while not traveling I remotely supported over 300 Windows PCs at a dozen driving ranges across several time zones. I created and managed support tickets using JIRA which included log files and highlighting sequences of events for developers and engineers to better understand user issues. Many more issues were discovered using Powershell scripts which I configured to quickly find all event log errors and mismatched Windows driver or software versions. Out of necessity, I created ways to remotely update and install configuration intense software using scripts to save thousands of man-hours. Trained several install technicians and provided countless hours of support for their projects as well as supported range owners and their staff remotely and directly. Show less
