Monika was the Chair of our Junior League of Cincinnati Marketing Committee for the 2013-2014 year. She created a fun and encouraging environment for our team. Monika quickly identified each individual’s skills and interests (Research, Writing, Editing, Graphic Design and Media Relations) and delegated work accordingly. Our committee was noted within the League for our high production rate and professionalism. We bonded so well as a team that our meetings became working dinner parties. Monika’s leadership made it a wonderful and rewarding JLC year.

As the Campus Director, I blend my passion for talent with an entrepreneurial twist, in order to successfully managed and grow the Cincinnati campus by breaking new ground and shifting the norms of traditional education and hiring paths. I do this by overseeing the delivery of an incredible educational experience, establishing a strong competitive position in the local market, and fostering a positive culture for both team members and students.𝗪𝗛𝗢 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘: Through 14-week, full-time coding bootcamps, Tech Elevator students from diverse backgrounds to become software developers while also helping them to build necessary career-readiness skills and career connections through our nationally recognized Pathway Program™. And the results couldn't be more clear - with a 95% graduation rate and a 92% placement rate, our grads genuinely achieve career success in the technology field.
