I had the pleasure of working with Karina while turning around a large division of a bank. She worked with my senior and middle managers and supported the growth of 100 locations in California & Arizona. Later I was fortunate to work with her as she worked with my new senior management team, supporting the coaching and talent assessment when I took over my current role.
