This is a domestic internship program organized by Dinas Tenaga Kerja Aceh and facilitated by PT Solusi Bangun Andalas for 5 months. As an intern of the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Department, my activities include: ● Learn about manufacturing and Occupational Health and Safety in the cement industry. ● Assist with the activities of the OHS Department starting from field inspection activities to the monthly reporting stage such as Fire Extinguishers, Hydrants, sprinklers, Reel Drums, and SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) reports. ● Learn to implement OHS with various hazardous jobs such as Hot Work, Confined Space, Working at Height, Scaffolding, Lifting and Rigging, Electricity, and LOTOTO Procedures. ● Assisted in completing the Annual Report and inputting data on the findings of the Kiln Shutdown (KSD), with 900 findings across various jobs from field observations by SOT and LSA. ● Created a Checklist Document for Fire Extinguishers and Box inspection for monthly inspection. ● Created and Designed the certificate for Best Safety Contractor Kiln Shutdown 2023 PT Solusi Bangun Andalas. ● Performing safety inspections on Heavy Mobile Equipment and creating related reports as part of the Gate Pass Procedure at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia. Thesis : "Analysis of Fire and Explosion Hazard Potential Using ALOHA Software and Calculation of Fire Suppression Needs for the F 503 Diesel Tank in the Work Area of Block B, PT Pema Global Energi, Nibong District, North Aceh Regency." In realizing a safe work environment and minimizing work accidents, it is necessary to identify hazards in the surrounding environment. This research focuses on Major Hazard Installations that have potential for Major Incidents, such as fires and explosions. The object of this study is a fuel oil storage tank. This study used a Pre-fire Planning procedure with a descriptive analysis method quantitative approach and ALOHA (Area Locations of Hazardous Atmospheres) software by National Fire Protection Association standards. The parameters tested are as follows. ● Identified and Analyzed hazards around the F 503 Diesel fuel Tank. ● Identified and Analyzed environmental conditions, weather data (BMKG), F 503 Diesel Tank, and chemical elements contained in the fuel. ● Input parameter data and project hazard zone mapping results, and exposure to heat radiation with ALOHA, CAMEO Chemical, and Marplot software. ● Evaluated active/passive protection systems and water and foam requirements for F 503 Diesel Tank procurement by NFPA standards. ● Planned mitigation and Designed strategy a protection system for fire suppression of 1 hour 30 minutes by NFPA standards.
