It is a research center of CGIAR, a worldwide partnership engaged in agricultural research for development. - Created and implemented monitoring plan of agricultural extension training workshops throughout the country to inform Phase II of project implementation. - Utilized qualitative research methodologies to conduct targeted semi-structured interviews of agricultural and livestock extension agents newly-trained on cutting-edge integrated climate information services. . - Trained 2 in-country research assistants to interpret interviews and gather relevant data that would inform the formative and summative training assessment recommendations. - Developed relevant training modules for Phase II implementation that focused on creating inclusive and safe spaces for farmers and livestock holders (both women and men) to participate fully in climate-smart extension services. - Drafted final, technical report offering detailed data analysis and training recommendations to all parties involved in Phase II of the project implementation plan.
