Feb 2007 - Jul 2009
In this position, my main objective was to assist the CIO with all aspects of his, at most times, hectic day to day schedule. I maintained his daily calendar, expenses, and all aspects of his frequent business trips down to the very last detail. I had close working relationships with the CIO's management staff as well and I often helped to diffuse and/or resolve staff concerns and conflicts. 1998 - Jun 2002
As a Customer Service Counselor at Carlson, I was responsible for dealing directly with dissatisfied and often irrate corporate clients. I spoke to clients via telephone and email to rectify situations that were caused by various issues, and often paid out on them. I was required to utilize a very detailed reporting system and validate all pay out situations diligently. I had to study and pick apart PNR histories and details that would determine the cause of the issue and then decide with the assistance of our management team what the resolution would be. I was able to work with clients quickly to restore faith and get to resolution. Show less
