Bio
Nathan Gall
It’s very rare that someone can continue to exceed your expectations. Tasmin is one of those people. Not only does she consistently demonstrate a natural flair for a wide range of skills, but she continues to learn and develop them. Complacency is not a word that I could use to describe her. Most people would be happy with her coaching ability when I first started working with her, but over the past 18 months I’ve seen her develop this and help people achieve things I did not think possible. Tasmin has been one of my go to colleagues from day one. Our role required us to pick up a lot of new knowledge very quickly, so I was regularly having to ask colleagues for assistance with situations. It immediately became apparent that Tasmin was not just knowledgeable, but she would spend the time teaching you. This not only enabled us to develop as individuals but improved the service we could offer as a team, benefitting the students and staff we worked with. Reliable is a term that can get thrown around a lot, but in Tasmin’s case it is a genuine trait. There are few people who will always respond to every communication, provide feedback and assistance whilst managing their own workload effectively. So, when the opportunity to be mentored by her was presented, it was a no brainer. She is a model of the person I aspire to be, and I not only look forward to continuing to learn from her, but I cannot wait to see what she achieves.
