I had the privilege to be mentored by Paul when I was chosen to participate in the Growth Academy program at British American Tobacco. Paul was a facilitator like no other. His delivery was packed with energy and positivity that inspired me and the other candidates to get involved and make the most of our engagements. The training sessions on emotional intelligence and leadership were truly an eye-opening experience for me . Managers quickly saw the positive changes of these workshops when I was able to apply them in everyday interactions with my colleagues. I warmly recommend attending workshops with Paul to all those who are looking to know themselves better and transform their lives.

Paul lead the APEX training, year and a half training program as part of the BAT Growth Academy program. Paul is a high caliber trainer with very high energy, always getting his audience engaged, gets out from them great ideas and plans out a clear action plan to implement.
