      Guest Relations Coordinator, on Assistant Manager level of position, I am so proud that the company made this job title especially for me to appreciate my work. it's always been my passion to work with people, to connect and engage them in person, not only assist the customer but also to gain some kind of family-like connection, to be understanding and make decisions at the same time while leading COMO Beach Club as Manager in charge on my daily basis, working hand-in-hand with Restaurant and Bar Manager to leading the operational, creating SOPs and the update, oversee Supervisor and Host team, attend to Manager-level meeting, for me, it's not really working when you do what you love, I enjoy every single minute of it.

COMO Uma Canggu is one amazing property from COMO Hotel Group well-known to the world, learned a lot while fulfilling my job as Restaurant Host as the most complex Host-job-description I ever see. As a Host, not as simple as taking calls and escorting the guest to their table, I had to also handle the reservation system, engaging in many hotel-related guest FB preferences while multitasking my self to taking orders for the In-room Dining department. but I genuinely had so much fun and always give 110% all the time, and after 7 months short, I got promoted to Guest Relations Coordinator, on Assistant Manager level of position, I am so proud that the company made this job tittle specially for me to appreciate my work.
