Ian and I sailed together off and on for about 2 years on the 120k deadweight ton Suez-max tanker, the Seakay Spirit and then on various other sea trials for other vessels during about the same time period. From these experiences, I can honestly say he is the best mate I have had the pleasure of sailing with.
