  I founded MGM in Birmingham in 2013 and I was responsible for teaching, training and managing a team of up to 35 Sales Reps plus my admin team. MGM was responsible for generating a huge yearly turnover for it’s predominantly charitable Clients, well into the millions in its prime.In late 2015 MGM relocated to Manchester, where we expanded our clients into the Energy sector and Online Comparison services. More recently my role has evolved in to a business consultant as I look to pursue a new career goal.

  Here I was working as an Independent Contractor on a self-employed basis. In my early career this was a big challenge and quite a responsibility as everything was based on my own merit. Something of which I was more than confident in accepting. The role involved engaging in a residential campaign of speaking with potential customers face to face on behalf of TG’s different clients, generating more brand awareness and acquiring customers. I needed to show the utmost professionalism, have great customer service, and the ability to handle negotiations with customers.I began my progression into management working with TG Worldwide, and was soon the primary trainer and mentor to all contractors. I was responsible for both existing and newly recruited staff, running daily training sessions and frequent quality control meetings.Working through the company's internal Business Development Program, I was able to progress from teaching and training individuals, managing a team of representatives, to finally being able to run and manage a Marketing Company. With theses skills and the guidance from TG's Company Director, I set up Maverick Global Marketing in August 2013.
