• Responsible for entire corporate office and production cloud IT infrastructure, including application and database administration, design and development, customer systems integration and support, network and server administration, and end-user support. • Perform network administration and design for corporate office and SunGard cloud, which includes installing, configuring, and maintaining servers running SQL Server, Exchange, .NET websites and Remote Desktop. • Created a SQL Server interface with Sabre’s CrewTrac crew management system that extracts flight, duty, and crewmember data. The data is then combined into layovers by crewmember using airline business rules and sent to a SQL Server OLTP database. By developing our own custom interface we were able to save approximately $250,000 in Sabre licensing fees. • Recently oversaw the migration of our SunGard datacenter platform from a physical rack to SunGard's VMware cloud product, resulting in a savings of approximately $50,000 in hardware and software refresh costs while maintaining the same monthly spend. • Led migration project of Nortel BCM 400 phone system to Avaya IP Office, which involved going through a detailed pre-planning and design process, installing new Avaya IP Office hardware and network switches, and programming the IP Office for both DID and customer service groups utilizing redundant telecom providers. Eliminating a long distance T1 and adding unlimited long distance to our existing analog lines, which were then used for the default outbound call center route, resulted in monthly cost savings of over 65%.
