I also process enrollment restrictions, degree verifications, and prerequisite waivers. I facilitate information flow between several enrollment data systems, monitoring feeds and performing quality checks to ensure that information is up to date. I troubleshoot registration and enrollment issues, liaising between the Registrar's office, Booth IT services, and faculty and students. I identify recurring issues and areas for improvement, working to design and implement cost-effective solutions. I liaise with administrators across the University to ensure that grades are collected for graduating non-Booth students, and that changes are communicated to students and staff. I perform quarterly orientation sessions for Graduate Students At-Large to introduce them to the registration and enrollment process. I was instrumental in the administration of a new undergraduate-level business specialization that began in 2018-19, facilitating enrollment, back-end course setup, grades collection, and communications between administrators, faculty, and students. My team received the 2019 Booth Impact Award for successfully guiding the Undergraduate Business Economics Program through its initial year (https://www.chicagobooth.edu/impactawards/winner/2019).
