I very much enjoyed working with Tam at Merkle. Tam is a highly-intelligent, dedicated team player who simply gets stuff done. Tam is as comfortable "inside" a database and/or data warehouse as she is writing python code and doing all kids of DevOps type of work. A fantastic data engineer who simply "gets it", I'd strongly recommend her for your team, and hope to work with her again one day.

Ms. Tran has the full set of skills required to be a great asset to any technology project that is lucky enough to bring her on board - great technical chops, a unique ability to pick up new technologies and cross domain - database, programming, data analysis and design expertise. Also, she has the personal traits - determination, focus, active listening, and structured critical thinking - that takes a good technologist to the next level - system designer/architect/scientist.
