Mitch worked for me between 2009-2014 supporting our Call Center Technology and IVR as a Senior Technical Lead Developer. Mitch is an IT professional who is accountable, analytical and produces high quality work. Mitch is very process oriented and developed many of the processes we still use today.

I had the privilege to be Mitch’s Manager from May 2005-2008 at Northeast Utilities. I also had many encounters with Mitch while I was a Manager in the business area for which he served as well as when I was an IT Manager of Integration and Middleware when Mitch acted as a Client/Server/Web development lead. Mitch had IT development lead roles in IVR Development; and Client/Server/Web Development during the implementation of a $125M Customer Service System Project. He also led the development and support of IT applications for the Connecticut Valley Exchange, which operates the electric transmission system in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. In all cases Mitch provided sound suggestions, which helped the company deliver quality products. In 2005, when I was the Manager of the IVR area, I lost a key resource who was able to secure a Management position. Due to my experience with Mitch on a Major Customer Service project (mentioned above) and his previous experience development in IVR Development I asked him to join the IVR team. Mitch worked with his current management and was able to join my team. He was asked to perform a lead development role and also help train a newly acquired IVR Developer. Mitch did a great job and the group did not skip a beat when I lost the person who Mitch replaced. Mitch is extremely thorough and careful to not put the company at risk. Mitch continuously focuses on providing sound solutions to problems and always works to assure that the solution offered will work correctly. Mitch is a high Quality IT Professional who will provide sound advice and acts with Integrity so that all Corporate Assets are securely protected.
