It was my pleasure to work alongside Karen. Karen’s mastery for both her core role and the projects that extended beyond it were critical to the growth of the company and its people.

I had the opportunity to work with Karen on two Greenfield implementations: Toll/Kmart & Toll/adidas. In the role of Employee Relations Manager, Karen was a significant stakeholder in all aspects of recruitment, induction & training of a workforce at Kmart 200+ & adidas 100+. Through Karen guidance, it enabled the establishment of a successful, strong & sound workforce across all levels of the operation at both sites. This led to confidence in the relationships between Toll & Kmart, Toll & Adidas. In addition to the above, whist Karen performed the roles of Safety Manager - Southern Region and Regional Manager HSE - Melbourne, Karen assisted sites I was at, increasing the knowledge of multiple layers of the respective workforces in all aspects of Health Safety & Environment. Karen facilitated sessions with a sense of purpose & passion which led to the participants being highly engaged an inspired to raise their personal commitment to zero injuries. Karen has an enormous array of skills, though what stood out consistently over the 8 years we worked together at Toll where the characteristics of 1. Determination 2. Discipline. 3. Diligence

Karen and I work together at FCW Lawyers and apart from our respective roles we are both members of the Executive at the firm. Karen adds tremendous value to our business in both roles that she performs. As as our COO, Karen is a go-getter, efficient and innovative - no matter which specific function Karen is executing (which ranges from HR, marketing, business development and project management to name a mere few!) Karen develops effective solutions and implements these seamlessly into the business. Karen's role requires her to utilize a broad range of skills including the ability to consistently and quickly pivot between functions as needs arise. Strong and progressive leadership skills and attributes are required to perform effectively as a member of the firm's Executive - Karen possesses these skills and without her, the Executive would not be the high performing team that it is for the business. She demonstrates her commitment to support our business to succeed in everything that she does for us - big or small. Lastly, socially Karen is one of the funniest people i know - there is no such thing as a boring event when Karen is concerned
