Tony has that power-house combination of being able to inspire and lead a cross functional and geographically dispersed team towards one common strategic vision, whilst jumping at the opportunity to get on the ground beside his team and generate new business. As a member of Tony’s leadership team in a Head of Sales (ANZ) capacity, I felt in equal measure supported and empowered by Tony. Under his leadership, in 2022 we had our best year ever in sales. Tony is a man of integrity and working for a leader who personified this attribute weighed heavily on my decision to join Payapps. I strongly recommend Tony as a Senior Executive, with his entrepreneurial spirit and absolute will to win, he will set the standard high.

Tony’s strategic vision, commercial acumen, and customer focus makes him an exceptional cross-functional business leader and general manager. Tony is a natural leader able to motivate and empower people to drive valuable business outcomes. I have the utmost respect for Tony as a collaborative, supportive, purpose-driven individual. He’s a person of integrity and I’m grateful to have served as part of his leadership team.
