Nicole is one of the most talented HR individuals I've met. Not only is she an incredibly sharp and business savvy HR professional, she's a tremendous human being. She fully understands the delicate balance between the "people side" and "business side" of HR and always treats employees with the highest level of dignity and respect. Nicole was my first professional HR mentor and I continue to learn by her example, even though we're no longer colleagues. Even when placed in stressful situations, Nicole was always able to teach me and lead me by example with incredible grace and poise. Nicole is an asset to any organization and definitely someone you want on your team!

Bell & Howell was a information management company operating in 3 segments Mail and Messaging Technologies; Information Access; and Imaging. It was ~1 billion in revenue and had ~6,000 employees. I worked at B&H as a HR Manager until Eastman Kodak Company (EKC) bought the division of Bell & Howell that I was working for. I led key elements of the integration of Bell & Howell Imaging after its acquisition by Eastman Kodak. Coordinated creation of elements of the new subsidiary, and the subsequent merging of the business into the corporate structure of Eastman Kodak itself. Administered restructuring to eliminate job duplications. Led HR functions including health and welfare plans, hiring and retention initiatives, leadership development, and performance management feedback programs. Show less
