  SEPTEMBER 1996 – MAY 2018 SENIOR SOURCING SPECIALIST, AT&T Vendor Manager in the Mobility Contract Administration Center, responsible for overseeing the vendors who managed AT&T’s cell sites in the West Texas/Panhandle area of the Southwest Region. Duties included, but not limited to, providing interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations, holding weekly vendor calls, daily and weekly vendor reports, updating vendor work progress daily, creating purchase orders as needed, and invoicing. Also responsible for holding vendors accountable for return of defective company-provided equipment, and ensuring that vendors met Service Level Agreement requirements in completing dispatched work. Duties from previous positions included office administrative duties, attendance administration, performance management, maintenance of employee records, training coordination and facilitation, materials purchasing and inventory administration and expense reporting. Responsible for management of several major projects for the Houston/Austin/Beaumont market of Southwestern Bell Wireless from 1998-2000. These included overseeing the deployment of a new billing system, a pager audit that identified approximately $200k missing/lost revenue, and working with the IT department both locally and at headquarters in Dallas to develop an application that would better track new and existing pagers to ensure all revenue was accurately realized. Additionally, I was the Y2K Operations Lead for the market, responsible for creating Business Contingency Plans for every process in Sales, Customer Service, and Sales Support departments, then writing and facilitating the training of all employees leading up to Y2K.
