I wrote a 150 page Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on the 600 hour proxy-product fabrication process. I attended progress meetings focusing on world class manufacturing. I used Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) in a process validation capacity to identify and mitigate high risks to product quality in the manufacturing process.
