Délio has been my project manager at Altran for about a year and a half and I can say without a doubt that he was the best manager I ever had and possibly will have. Above all else, Délio is a person with an incredible capacity to communicate with the team and to share his vision about the problems / solutions making everything flow in a very natural way and that the whole team knows how to handle all situations very quickly and successfully. The way Délio helped us both on a team level and on a personal level was exceptional and this was reflected in the delivery of the team to the challenges. We were fortunate to have learned a lot from someone with such a clear vision of how even the biggest problems can almost always have solutions that are so simple to accomplish. Despite being the boss, we know that we can always count on him because he is a friend and someone who will never stop helping a person just because he has a higher position.
