  Started as a Project Engineer, working on a variety of projects implementing our Shopfloor-Online MES.Grew into Project Lead then Project Manager role, and now currently in a Senior Project Manager & Solution Architect role on a large number of projects deploying Shopfloor-Online to customers of different sizes within a variety of manufacturing industries.Key Achievements:* Successfully (on-budget, on-time) delivered Shopfloor-Online MES projects ranging from single-site, smaller-focus projects to multi-site, foreign-language projects.* Written future-proof, flexible, stable interfaces to a large number of automatic and manual measurement gauges such as CMMs, and to bespoke software solutions such as camera-inspection systems, material traceability systems and other production/machine controlling software.* Implemented Shopfloor-Online as a complete MES in a newly-built factory (involving brand-new manufacturing processes) where traceability is of key importance – with the scope covering goods in through to final product assembly and delivery. Included the design and implementation of all user screens and interfaces to external systems (inc. ERP).* Delivered many training sessions on how to use Shopfloor-Online and associated technical functionality (SQL, C# etc.), both in-house and externally, including many customers where English isn’t the first language.* Designed, implemented and supported processes (written and verbal) put in place to aid project delivery and customer assistance.* Been the key responsible person for driving software installation and upgrade processes internally.
