Elisa is an extremely driven and detail oriented colleague. Working closely with her over the last year, she has continuously increased her responsibilities and has established herself as an integral component of the Institute’s finance department. Her financial experience expands nationally and internationally as she has worked with IIE headquarters in New York to lead the transition to a new expense reporting system within the regional office and also provides financial support for programs in the international offices. Elisa is always eager to provide support to all of her colleagues and is seen as an invaluable asset to the success of our office.

I've worked with Elisa on two projects for the past year and continue to be amazed by her deep understanding of the financial processes at IIE. She is referred to as 'the expert' on financial tracking and reporting for various programs at our San Francisco office. Even though each program uses a different financial tracking system, Elisa knows them all! She trained me on using the financial system for my programs and I must confess that she is the most patient instructor I've ever had. She not only knows her job well but is eager to help others and simplify complex processes for us! I'm impressed by her collaborative and professional approach at work! Elisa is a great person to work with...someone whose smiling face can even make financial reporting a fun exercise!
