Managed company wide investment and retirement funds. Responsible for the compliance of debt financing covenants and reporting with lenders. Managed complex land, financing, and development contracts with banks, customers, and government entities. Prepared cash flow modeling and projections based on various sales and expense scenarios. Reviewed and approved all general ledger entries as well as accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and payroll functions.
