Their focus from 2014 and onwards has been the FMCG industry (wine, spirits and craft beer) as well as tech. - Ran the sales function of the ECM process at Rosenlund & Co (Norwegian P/E Boutique), the owner of Rena Bryggeri, a Norwegian brewery- Generated a client list of 500+ targets through extensive market research and by cold calling and holding investor meetings- Sold non-public equity to more than 100 small savers, business executives, HNWI’s and family offices- Block-sold +5% of Rosenlund’s share in Lingit (An educational technology company) in 2016 which was subsequently sold to Verdane Capital in 2017 in a c. £10m deal.       Rena Bryggeri AS is a leading craft beer brewery in Norway operating in the FMCG industry.As the company struggled when Rosenlund invested, my objective was to turn around the company completely. I repositioned the company in terms of customer base, efficiency, quality and supplier-agreements. I combined the roles Head of Sales(until 31.03.17) and Manager (until 31.05.17). Afterwards I assisted Rena with the negotiating of the deals with the grocery– and hotel chains until my departure.My roles and achievements: - I started as an analyst, the main objective was to renegotiating supplier- and customer agreements as well as increase the efficiency within production and distribution- Managed 10 people across the company ranging from production to sales, reported directly to the Board of Directors- I successfully led multiple equity offerings for Rena, many of them were oversubscribed- Sourcing and calculating the cost of new equipment and projecting the future cashflows resulting from expanding the firm- Increased revenue by ~850% from the initial investment through a combination of cold calling, client pitches and negotiating with supermarket and hotel chains in Norway including NorgesGruppen and Rezidor Hotels among others- Increased the active customer base 50fold from 30 at the start of Q4 2015 to 1500 at the end of Q4 2016- My last accomplishment was the launch of Rena in Vinmonopolet (September 2017) as well as teaming Rena up with an export company for future exports
