I had the immense pleasure of working with Bob in the second half of the Upload project at Soho Productions and I was able to let Bob simply get on with the job, knowing his output would be of exceptional quality. He has a very creative mindset, and I'm sure that any creative role he wants to apply himself to in the future, he will be able to apply himself to. Product Designer by day, and then Head of Design, also by day. I still get to design cool things in Figma, but now I also spend time thinking about our design strategy and process, onboarding of other designers, and working more closely with Product and Operations to make sure we're doing everything we can do deliver the best software we can for our users. At Concrete we are leading the industry on so many fronts, and facing down the challenges and finding those right answers that keep us a frontrunner, that's what makes it so interesting.
