Eirene is an incredibly talented researcher and colleague. She is very thoughtful in the way that she shows up for her coworkers, projects and as a mentor. I was able to work with Eirene on several projects and her ability to clearly communicate and share knowledge and tips has done nothing but enhance my own research abilities and the way that I think about problem solving. She is smart, insightful and adaptable which lends really well to a career in research. She empathizes with the user experience and can translate learnings into business insights very well. Her knowledge not only of several languages, but also of design thinking and processes is a true asset. Any company would be incredibly lucky to have Eirene on their team and any employee would be fortunate to have her as a mentor and a peer. I am super lucky and thankful to have crossed paths with Eirene.

I had the privilege of working with Eirene at Propel, and I was continually impressed by her meticulous approach and remarkable expertise. I wholeheartedly recommend her as a dedicated, collaborative UX researcher. Eirene's commitment to excellence shines through in her ability to ask profound questions, ensuring that projects are well-executed and inclusive. Her enthusiasm for collaboration is infectious; she consistently goes the extra mile, whether initiating brainstorm sessions, suggesting training programs, or championing innovative A/B tests. Her "doer" mindset has invigorated our team and motivated us all to iterate on our thinking and our processes. Eirene's open-mindedness and "strong opinion, loosely held" philosophy foster environments where ideas flourish and solutions are refined collaboratively. She consistently advocates for users, demonstrating her ethical and empathetic stance in survey design, consent, and privacy considerations. Her thoroughness is evident in everything she does – from detailed analyses of NPS surveys to comprehensive reviews that elevate team understanding. While she is wonderfully thorough, Eirene recognizes the importance of striking a balance between depth and efficiency. Her dedication to continuous improvement is evident, as she refines documentation and embraces the challenge of optimizing information sharing. During our time working together, Eirene's contributions not only met but exceeded expectations. She is a catalyst for growth, consistently delivering results while fostering a collaborative and user-centric environment. I'm excited to witness her ongoing journey of success!
