I’ve had the sincere pleasure working with Michael during my 2 year tenure at Qualaroo. When you’re managing the success of your customers, to succeed, you really have to empathize with your users and Michael absolutely does this in every way possible. He is constantly not only resolving issues with customers but also bringing new ideas to the forefront that would not only increase the loyalty of existing users but also attract new users. As a teammate, he also ensures that he is helping his team be successful, whether that is writing content, conducting webinars, attending or speaking at meetups - he is always there to help the team be successful. Because of his relationships with our customers, our marketing team was able to produce some really amazing case studies. Michael would be an asset to any organization that cares about the success of their customers.
